Asian Institute of Medical Sciences in Faridabad is the flagship hospital of Asian Healthcare, a network spanning Delhi NCR and other Indian cities. It offers 24+ specialities and 15 centres of excellence, from cancer care and cardiac sciences to robotic surgery, and welcomes patients from more than 50 countries.
The hospital needed a website that makes all of that depth easy to navigate for local and international patients, and an app that turns the search for a doctor into a confirmed, paid appointment.
The decision
We designed the website and the app as one patient journey rather than two separate products. Patients discover a speciality and a doctor on the web, then book, pay and follow up from their phone. The app works across the Asian hospital network, so a patient can switch hospital location and still see the right doctors, fees and slots.
What we built
The website
aimsindia.com- Centres of excellence and specialities. Dedicated sections for 15 centres of excellence and 24+ specialities, plus a Diseases A–Z library.
- Find a doctor and book. A doctor directory, appointment booking and health check-up packages.
- International patients. A complete journey covering countries served, admission, payment, the visa process, a brochure and an enquiry form.
- One network, many hospitals. Pages for the Asian network and ventures, including Faridabad, Moradabad, Dhanbad, Patna, Asian Clinic and Asian Labs.
- Content that builds trust. News, patient stories, awards, blogs, a virtual tour, academics and careers.
The mobile app: Asian Connect
Google Play- Patient and doctor sign-in. Patients sign in with their mobile number; doctors use their own username and password.
- Hospital dashboard. Choose the hospital location, then book appointments, view reports, see upcoming appointments and add family members.
- Choose a doctor. Browse doctors by speciality, with online and in-person consultation fees shown on every profile.
- Book a slot. Pick online or in-person, choose a date and a time slot, and see OPD details before confirming.
- Confirm and pay. Book for yourself or a relative, review the billing summary and pay, with a timer that holds the slot during checkout.
- Privacy built in. Data is encrypted in transit and patients can request deletion of their data.
