Coaches Oasis is an AI-powered, multilingual learning platform based in Edison, New Jersey, and part of The Oasis Collective, an ecosystem that also includes Authors’ Oasis and Oasis Press. It serves coaches, consultants, educators, authors, NGOs and organisations.
Its members needed more than a course tool. They needed a public website, a way to manage clients and leads, a course builder, automated communication and reports, all under one subscription and one login, and available in many languages.
The decision
We built Coaches Oasis as a membership content management system. A subscription unlocks a set of modules, and each tier adds more: Oasis Basic covers the essentials, Oasis Advantage adds course templates, sub-admin roles and gallery profiles, and Oasis Enterprise adds a private course catalogue with volume pricing. One login serves four roles (trainer, sub-admin, enterprise user and learner), and each sees its own dashboard. Every member also gets a public website at coachesoasis.com/YourName, so their brand and their courses live in the same place.
What we built
The membership CMS
coachesoasis.com- Member’s hosted website. A public site for every active member at coachesoasis.com/YourName, managed from the dashboard.
- Course builder and content management. Create, add and schedule courses with start and end dates; the number of courses follows the membership tier.
- Clients and leads. Import contacts, connect email, lead generators and social accounts, and talk directly to site visitors.
- Communication and reporting. Auto-responders, form templates, notifications and reports on members, learners and courses.
- 100+ languages. A language translator add-on for course videos, audio and PDF content.
Memberships, roles and access
Membership plans- Three subscription tiers. Oasis Basic ($150 a month), Oasis Advantage ($240 a month) and Oasis Enterprise with custom pricing, billed monthly or yearly.
- Plan comparison. A clear feature-by-feature table so members can see exactly what each tier includes.
- Role-based login. One sign-in for trainers, sub-admins, enterprise users and learners, each with its own dashboard.
- Built-in payments. A payment gateway and self-service password management for every member.
- Accessible and secure. Accessibility tools on every page, plus dedicated security, compatibility and compliance support.
