DocMitr is a cloud-based electronic medical records platform for clinics, from ARPK Healthcare in Faridabad, India. Built “by doctors, for doctors”, it brings patient records, appointments, e-prescriptions, billing, analytics and inventory into one secure system.
Busy Indian OPDs face the same problems every day: crowded waiting rooms, paper files, frequent receptionist turnover, and consumables that run out or expire unnoticed. DocMitr needed to fix those problems without asking doctors and staff to learn a complicated system.
The decision
We built DocMitr around the real flow of an OPD day rather than around forms. The queue screen is the doctor’s home: tokens, check-ins, waiting time and payment status in one view. One tap opens a consultation where vitals, complaints, diagnosis, medicines and investigations are captured and turned into a printed prescription. Doctors and staff sign in with separate roles, so front-desk work stays simple and clinical data stays protected. Because the platform is browser-based, the same experience runs on a desktop, a tablet beside the patient or an iPhone.
What we built
The EMR platform
docmitr.in- Live OPD queue. Filter by clinic, room, date and session, with token numbers, check-in, new or returning patient, payment status and average waiting time.
- Walk-ins and booking. Add walk-in appointments in seconds, adjust timings and share a public booking page with patients.
- Consultation workspace. Vitals (BP, pulse, weight, SpO2, temperature), complaints from a searchable symptom list, findings, diagnosis, medicines, investigations, instructions and procedures on one screen, with past history a click away.
- E-prescriptions. Prescriptions are previewed and printed on the clinic’s own letterhead, with configurable templates, fonts and margins.
- Billing and analytics. GST-ready invoices and a dashboard for footfall, revenue and no-shows.
- Vaccine and inventory manager. Batch-level stock tracking for vaccines and consumables, with expiry alerts.

App Store- Doctor and staff login. Separate sign-in paths, so each role sees only the tools it needs.
- Clinic on the go. The full queue and consultation flow on iPad, and schedule management from an iPhone.
- Clinic settings. Appointment slot length, maximum appointments per slot, clinic notes and a weekly schedule for every clinic.
- Prescription templates. Choose a template and set the font, size, page size and margins so printouts match pre-printed letterheads.
- Privacy built in. Role-based access, encryption and audit trails protect patient data.
