Innent is a travel booking platform from Innent Inc., a Canadian corporation. It brings hotel stays, group and personalised bookings, event venues and local attractions into one place, with featured destinations including Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Whistler, Victoria, Calgary, Ottawa, New York and Los Angeles.
The brief was to build a booking experience that feels as familiar as the major travel sites, but with two differences: prices that always include taxes and fees, and a membership model that shares booking earnings with travellers and partners. The same platform also had to give hotels a simple way to join.
The decision
We designed Innent around the search bar. Destination, dates and travellers sit at the top of every page, so guests can start or refine a search from anywhere. Hotel inventory is pulled in through a live supplier API and presented with filters for price, star rating, Innent rating and amenities, and every price is shown per night with taxes and fees included. Around the booking engine we built the business model: three membership tiers, a Collaborative Earning Program that pays royalties on completed stays, CAD and USD pricing, and a property onboarding flow with its own sign-in.

innent.com- Search from anywhere. Destination or hotel name, dates, rooms, adults and children with ages, on every page and every screen size.
- Results that compare. Filters for price range, star rating, Innent rating, amenities and payment method, with list and grid views and sorting.
- Honest prices. Average price per night with all taxes and fees included, free-cancellation badges and live availability.
- Rich hotel pages. Photo galleries, star rating, address, amenities, rooms and member cashback on each property.
- CAD and USD. A currency switcher for Canadian and US travellers.
Memberships and partners
Memberships- Three membership tiers. Flexi (free discounts), Corporate VIP and Elite, with royalties from 2.0% to 5.0% on completed stays.
- Collaborative Earning Program. Members earn on bookings made with their code, paid as credit or cash, with referral codes at sign-up.
- List your property. A structured onboarding form for hotel owners, with a separate property sign-in.
- Beyond hotels. Smart Stay for pay-by-the-hour day use, group and personalised bookings, events and venues, and attractions.
