Nyka Events Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian events company that runs corporate conferences, incentive trips and plant visits for clients in India and abroad, from annual conferences to group tours to Pattaya.
Before NYKALive, each trip meant chasing attendees for documents and sending tickets, hotel confirmations and schedule changes one message at a time. Nyka needed a single place where organisers publish everything once and every traveller finds it on their phone.
The decision
We built NYKALive as two connected parts. Organisers manage events, attendees, documents and announcements from a secure web portal, and each attendee signs in to the iOS app to see only the events they are part of. Every event opens to an overview with dates, venue and a live map, and the app is organised around four tabs (Events, Connections, Messages and Profile), so the trip, the people and the paperwork are never more than one tap away.
What we built
The organiser portal
Web portal- Secure sign-in. A private portal for the Nyka team to run every event.
- Events and agendas. Create events with banners, dates, venue, location and a full description.
- Attendees and speakers. Manage who is invited to each event, with their roles and companies.
- Documents and announcements. Upload each traveller’s tickets, insurance and hotel confirmations, and push updates to everyone at once.

- Travel documents. Onward tickets, insurance and hotel confirmations, ready to view or download.
- Real-time updates. Searchable notifications with countdowns, surveys and calls to action.
- Networking and chat. Browse attendees, send and accept connection requests, chat one to one, and share a personal QR code.
- Profile and uploads. Edit your profile and upload your own documents, such as passports and visas.
